My new MacBook came via FedEx today! Just two days after purchasing it online! Pretty amazing how quick Apple’s 2-3 shipping really is. Anyway, the computer is very nice! I got a low-end MacBook Pro (which is plenty powerful for me) with the harddrive upgraded to 250GB. I’ve enjoyed my black Macbook for a little over 3 years (had it replaced about 1yr in), but it was time for an upgrade. The trackpad is made of glass! And the keyboard is backlit!

Now that I’ve got MobileMe, all I had to do was pop in my username/password and my bookmarks, contacts and keychain passwords were already setup. Extremely convenient!
iPhone 3.0 supports internet tethering over bluetooth. AT&T haven’t enabled it yet, but the internets led me to a very simple hack to turn it on. Not really even a hack really, just had to install profile to support it. Anyway, the iPhone 3GS as a modem for my new MacBook is super fast. Check it out:

In other news, dessert tonight was a chopped banana and strawberries with light brown sugar. Crazy delicious :)
I just took the MacBook off the charger for the first time…it says there is 8 hours and 43 minutes of battery left. I don’t buy that, but I’m sure its still huge :)
